HOW NUROSISCIENCE HELPS US UNDERSTAND WELLBEING

The Happiness Index is based on Neuroscience principles to help us understand triggers that can cause harm to the mental and physical well-being of our customers and employees.

Neuroscience is the foundation of our work in workplace wellbeing. When it comes to support for organisations, we primarily focus on the Instinctive Brain of the employee. Neuroscience, in layman’s terms means that neuroscience can be used to help us understand the instinctive responses of people to their mental and/or physical health, and to rationally enable organisational support.

Create a culture that is healthy and happy, where everyone feels well.

Mental Health

We are focusing on psychological safety. We are focusing on the positive aspects of relationships, healthy life-work balance, and levels of stress.

Health:

Next we will focus on our physical health. We’ll be focusing on our Instinctive Brain and the need to keep fit and healthy. This is primarily focused on energy, nutrition and physical activity.

Organizational Support:

The real work begins when we truly understand our employees’ mental and physical health. Businesses can help by ensuring that they do all they can to improve/sustain well-being and foster the right culture within their company.

These three areas are the best way to position yourself as compassionate leaders who care. This creates a healthy and vibrant culture that encourages people to go to work and helps businesses achieve their goals.
